Trademark Policy

The Framework M Software Foundation holds trademark rights to the name Framework M, FrameworkM, and official logos to protect the integrity of the framework and prevent user confusion.

Fair Use Guidelines​

You MAY:

  • Refer to Framework M in word form to truthfully state that your software runs on, integrates with, or is built using Framework M.
  • Link to official Foundation websites (frameworkm.dev).

You MUST NOT:

  • Use Framework M or logos as part of your commercial product name, company name, domain name, or social media handle without explicit written permission from the Foundation.
  • Alter, modify, or distort the official logo graphics.
  • Imply official endorsement, certification, or sponsorship by the Foundation where none exists.
