1. Open Source Software License​

Framework M source code, libraries, and binaries are licensed under the Apache License 2.0. Nothing in these Terms overrides or restricts your rights under the Apache License 2.0 with respect to the source code itself.

2. Website Use & Conduct​

You agree to use our websites and communication channels (forum, matrix chat, issue trackers) lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

  • Post malicious, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Foundation servers or infrastructure.
  • Use Foundation services to transmit spam or malware.

3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks​

The names Framework M, FrameworkM, associated logos, and brand assets are trademarks of the Framework M Software Foundation. Use of these marks is governed by our Trademark Policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties​

ALL WEBSITE SERVICES, DOCUMENTATION, AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability​

6. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
