Donation, Sponsorship & Refund Policy

The Framework M Software Foundation is a Section 8 Non-Profit entity incorporated in India. Contributions, grants, and corporate sponsorships directly fund open-source development, infrastructure maintenance, security audits, and developer ecosystem events.

1. Non-Profit Donations & Contributions​

  • All donations, grants, and corporate sponsorships made to the Framework M Software Foundation are voluntary.
  • In accordance with Section 8 regulations and standard non-profit accounting practices, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions​

If a donation or sponsorship payment was made in error or processed as a duplicate transaction:

  • Please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction at finance@frameworkm.dev with transaction details and proof of payment.
  • Upon verification, eligible duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
